Within today’s global economic society, team work has promisingly achieved obvious results of organizational effectiveness based on team effectiveness.As time goes on, enterprise practitioners and academic theorists have got a number of practical experiences and theoretical study results with the whole team members. And they have begun to realize the importance of teamwork, this "soft power". It’s also crucial to build effective team culture. The alignment of individual and team values is the core of team culture, and how to improve this fitting degree is another study point at home and abroad.This thesis is based on the study background and theories above. Firstly, the author has consulted and sorted out a large number of relevant research literatures, then concluded the research status of the fitting between individual values and team values, the team effectiveness and life-cycle, using the value’s fulfilling degree as an index. Secondly, the author studies the effect of the matching degree of value’s achievement extent between individuals and teams on the satisfied degree of all members and team performance. This thesis summarizes with the maturity scale the questionnaires related to the study contents, collecting the data which indicates the value’s fulfilling degree of individuals and teams and the team effectiveness from different industries, enterprises and regions. And then, the author makes a quantitative statistic analysis on these practical data with relevant software, and demonstrates the thesis’research theme and hypothesis with the theoretical models adopted by thesis research. Lastly, the author achieves the flowing research results:1. Difference of value’s fulfilling degree between individuals and teams exits in different life-cycle of teams itself, while types of the fitting degree of value’s fulfilling of person and teams also have differences.2. Fit of Value’s Fulfilling Degree of Person and Team has a positive impact on the team effectiveness.3. The four types of the fitting degree of value’s fulfilling of person and team have different influence on the satisfied extent of all members and the team performance.
