Research On The Developing Problem And Countermeasure Of Enterprise Pension

With the aging of our population increase, the state's basic pension gap growing, simply provided by the state basic pension insurance can no longer meet the growing pension needs of the residents. The enterprise pension have a great potential as one of the most important components of in the pension insurance system. Meanwhile, the development of program also exists many problems such as absent of favorable tax policy,slow development of small, weak regulation of government, unsound legal system, lower coverage ratio of enterprise pension program,inadequate understanding, etc. The low level of China's enterprise pension have impact the sustainable development of the social security system.In this paper, expounding enterprise pension of the definition, characteristics ,the development of significance and Current Situation,then then discusse the main stakeholder relations of enterprise pension , analysis of the attitudes and the role of the government, financial institutions, enterprises and employees to to participate in enterprise pension, which selected some enterprises and workers of Shandong Province through interviews to analyzed, compared to explore the reasons for undevelopment of pensions, at last provide some policy recommendations to the operation and development of the enterprise pension.
