| At present, resources are more and more important to our economy. People attach more attention to lack of energy and resource. No wonder why geological exploration institutions are taking advantages and stepping into the market. However, challenges are not ignorable for them, especiallyHebei Bureau of geology and minerals exploration (DZSD for shorten) research in this article have faced with this problem. The DZSD has been founded for 50 years, It is found there has been many problems in the DZSD after it is marketized, especially, shortage of funds and irrational Capital structure are the most important. This article aims at exploring the appropriate path under the new strategy of capital operation angle, in order to help its configuration of the existing resources; adjusting the structure of DZSD products; optimizing its capital structure; expanding operating scale; vitalizing corporate stock capital and enhance corporate competitiveness. This article takes the investigation and study on the combination of theoretical deduction method. At first, because of the industrial diversification strategy of DZSD,I make theoretical explanation through its capital operations from concept, characters, pattern and risk. Second, I find the bottleneck of restricting the development of enterprises from the perspective of strategic management and value chain analysis of the situation and to explore the deeper cause. Third, From the operational, I propose a new capital operation mode. Finally, for the new capital operation models, I analyse the possible risks and problems in the process of implementing, and give advices of safeguard measures.This article is based on theory of capital operations, through the analysis of internal and external environment and the current capital operations in studying the DZSD,I give some advices to take the capital operations and safeguard measures at present. And can also supply some implications to the development of other geological exploration industries. |
