"China time-honored brand" inherited Chinese tradition, history and culture connotation and passed on from generation to generation of good public praise which makes numerous young enterprise envy today .After reform and opening up for 30 years and particularly in recent years, rapid growth of the domestic market of "China time-honored brand" ashes provides the rare opportunity of development. But facing the fierce market competition, compared with foreign'time-honored brand, many enterprises even some of them are entitled national certification "China time-honored brand" of an enterprise, whose development situation are worrying.Entrepreneurial is difficult but management is more difficult especially for the enterprises with "China time-honored brand", so an enterprise's survival and development is inseparable from its social environment .In fact, any organization is in a dynamic social system instead of a static one, has strong links with society and needs change with environment changing. In this complex social system, all kinds of relationships will exist inevitably especially in economic activities, in which enterprises have interactive and dependent relationship with government, society, enterprise, employees, consumers and all kinds of politics in terms of competition, cooperation, contradictions and conflicts will also exit. Under the background of economic globalization, market competition in tends to be a deeper level in the social development and the entrepreneurs need proper political strategy; which can be applied to the enterprise management and market competition to seek the sustainable development of the enterprises.From 1970s of 20th century, western scholars began to do a large number of researches on CPA. Because of the diversification of study angle, the domestic and international academic circles have no verdict of CPA. Doing a further understanding and research based on the theory of CPA, I think that enterprise external political strategy is as important as internal political mechanism, and participating in external political strategy and shaping internal political mechanism are complementary. Only can envisaging the company's internal politics, constructing the "little political" view of a well-running company, focusing on the company's external politics and establishing open and harmonious company "political" view handle company politics, finally we will have the ideal which is that the enterprise will be always young and the industrial patriotic will be lofty.Therefore, an enterprise of China's time-honored CPA may become another strategic choice to break stereotypes, meet the challenge and regroup. According to the related theory of CPA, China's specific conditions, an enterprise of China's time-honored unique advantages and, I try to explore the development of an enterprise for a new path from the macro and micro level in-depth analysis in China and transform an enterprise's own advantage into competitive market advantage so as to build broader survival and development space for enterprises.
