Advertising is an important part of modern services. Advertising concentrated with talent, technology, knowledge, and many advantages. It can help the production, guiding social consumption, promoting national economic growth and social cultural development. In short, it play a very important role in society. For new issues, situation and tendency of political advertising developments, according to legal administrations and requirements of unified managing advertising, to research the regular pattern of political advertising developing, to revise and improve the advertising specifications discipline, to establish a political advertising order that can meets the situation of China, is essential.Political Communication is a focus of communication, political science, sociology, information science and other subjects. First, this paper analyzes detailed the main form, significance, definition, advantages and disadvantages of political advertisements in China. Then, this paper analyzes discusses trends and real needs of its development.Political advertisements should comply with our country' need. First, it must Changing the developing mode, and improving the communicating capacity. Second, it should strengthen innovation of content and technique. Third, it should optimize performance and competitiveness. Last but not least, it should take more research on government's journalism, to improve government's communicating capacity of news and advertising. After the convening of the Sixteenth General Assembly, it has new requirements of government administration. Changing of administrative role, the Highlighted service functions, more conscious of "People-oriented", many factors are prompting of Chinese government's initiative. Political ads are more and more important.Regrettably, most scholars studies public service ads, social stratification, the dichotomy of administration and politic, election advertisements and others. There is little research on political advertising of our government. When I read lots of information especially social stratification, administration and politic books, I found starting from the administrative area, audience, north-south cultural differences, government, public and media relations, it would find a way soon that to the law that refined from the complex system of political advertising.This paper tries to analyze propagandas of government with communication ways. Make its basic situation and unique features clarified and theoretically. Also, get a new cognition from the chaos, complex political advertising system in past. So, political advertisements would advance with the times in our country; create a good environment for government image.
