Study On The Reform Of Urban Employees' Medical Insurance System In China

Medical insurance system, which established in the 50 years of 20th century in China, has protected public health, promoted economic development, maintained social stability. With the establishment of socialist market economic system and the aging of the population, however, it produced some problems. The academics, executives and the social scientists has begun to study how to design a scientific and standardized medical system. Based on the previous researches, the author went to Haikou government, corporations to find data and information. This thesis is the conclusion of study in which the author did some studies on the reform of urban employees' medical insurance system of the Haikou city.After researches the background and the significance, the paper describes the background, the significance, methods, frameworks and innovations; analyzes basic theory and research review of the medical insurances system, and the development process and reform of China's medical insurance system. With an emphasis on the development and reform of the urban employees'basic medical insurance system in Haikou city, the paper puts forward suggestions, perfects the health medical system's constructions, improves the basic medical insurance management systems, strengthens the level of basic health care services.Through the integrated use of comparative analysis, field survey and other research methods, the paper analyzes the development and reform of the urban employees' basic medical insurance system in Haikou city, and put forward some sound suggestions.
