Rent-seeking activities are unproductive activities to maintain economic benefits or go on economic benefits that is existence already to avoid others to get the benefits.Rent-seeking activities exist generally in social economy fields.They cause the distortion of economic resource distribution;prevent the implementation of more effective mode of production;waste social resources; hinder market mechanisms from functioning effectively.The Banks occupies the key position in modern finance system of our economic,and The state-run business banks are in subject status in Chinese bank system.Under the finance reform and developing background,the phenomena of Rent-seeking activities among State-Owned commercial banks attracts public attention. Rent-seeking activities influence the efficiencies of The Stated-Owned commercial banks and the resource distribution seriously ,and will cause a great deal of problems,which make the competitiveness of state-run business bank relatively low,and the risk or crisis.So,we should try our best to avoid.As China's traditional planned economy system and the administrative system,the phenomenon of Rent-seeking activities exist widely among bank,corporate and bank regulators.Bank,corporate and bank regulators is actually in a game of mutual process,By introducing the actors related variables,setting up a game model,analysis of the variable is how to influence the behavior of human decision-making.According to different functions of these variables,we can design model and then make policy recommendations.This article aims at researching the rent-seeking activities in the running of state-owned business banks,and their mechanism,Also making policy recommendations.The text are divided into five parts altogether: The first part is an general introduction for the writing background and writing denotation ,research object and research methods.The second part introduces Rent-seeking theories.And on the basis of studying and surveying related documents,analyzes the causes of rent-seeking activities and the occurrence of their path,then puts forward general understanding of the administration for rent-seeking.The third part is focus on the theoretical analysis of state-owned commercial banks' rent-seeking activities.According to the research for phenomenon of state-owned commercial banks' rent-seeking activities and its effects,we believe that the rent-seeking activities have a significant impact for the competitiveness and risk management capabilities of the state-owned commercial banks.The fourth part is emphasis on empirical analysis of state-owned commercial banks' rent-seeking activities.This part introduces China's banks reform process and the structure of China's banking industry. In addition,it uses game theory to analyze the rent-seeking activities among bank,corporate and bank regulators and explain the mechansim of occurrence.The fifth part attempts to present policy recommendations for the rent-seeking activities of the state-owned commercial banks.
