With the deepening of economic globalization, and being in an increasingly competitive market-economic environment, the most important issue placed in front of the small and medium enterprises is how to survive and develop. SMEs are the basic forces to promote economic development and social stability, and are the main structure of Chinese market-economy, and are playing an irreplaceable hole in booming market and promoting social progress and arranging and transferring labor and increasing local fiscal and national taxation. The rising and falling of small and medium enterprises not only affects government and the community, but also affects the production life of the people. Therefore, any research projects related to the surviving and sustainable development for small and medium enterprises are of great practical significance.This paper point out that:for SMEs, their value chain operations, and any part of the external environment are related to the survival and development, while the five channels, such as resource integration, value creation, value delivery, the ability of value innovation and the operating environment of value are equally important. The view of The Full Value Recognition Strategic Marketing is that as a significant and unique functions of the company's marketing, it is not only need to emphasize the value for our customers to achieve, but also need to emphasize the value of staff, and the value of each supplier on the supply chain, and the value of the competitors as an innovation-driving force contributing to the industry and the value of the social responsibility.The business management practices and business development of Shenzhen Power-day Electronic Co., Ltd. has proven that the thinking of the Full Value Recognition Strategic Marketing is of a positive significance to the sustainable development of SMEs on the background of economic globalization.
