Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Sustainable Development Capacity Of SMEs

At present, These data indicate that, SMEs have become an important economic growth point, a driving force to promote China's national economic development, and an important channel to ease pressure on employment. The sustainable development of SMEs plays an important role in Chinese economic development. However, because of relatively weak viability, low market share and poor level of management, unstable market position, the higher～risk and so on, SMEs often caught in the plight of development. From the standpoint of the development of enterprise evaluation theory and the practical needs, research on evaluation of sustainable development capacity of SMEs, could help us judge the overall status of development of SMEs, scientific analysis of the problems of the development of SMEs, which have a great significance.This paper introduces the background, significance, object and framework of research, followed by the explanation of the related theories of enterprise sustainable development, as well as the reviews at home and abroad about SMEs sustainable development. And accordingly summarize the connotation and objectives of SMEs sustainable development. Then, through market research and application of statistical methods, conduct in～depth and systematic investigation for SMEs, analysis of the characteristics of Chinese SMEs sustainable development and the status quo of SMEs in Anhui Province. Then, according to the analysis conclusions of the internal and external factors which affecting the SMEs sustainable development, as well as research on 68 SMEs, build the indicator system for SMEs sustainable development, and determine relative weight in all levels of the indicator system using AHP method. After that, establish fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model combining fuzzy evaluation model and AHP models, to quantitative evaluate of SMEs sustainable development capacity, while taking the actual data of a SME in Anhui Province for an example case study. Finally, according to the preceding analysis, come to policy proposals for promoting the sustainable development of SMEs in Anhui Province, and look ahead further studies.
