Study On Improvement Of Remittance Workflow In HD Energy Co., Ltd.

With the popularity of BPR theory and management tools of ERP, manager's awareness of business process management has been greatly improved. But related process improvement programs and its practices in the administration departments of enterprices are not satisfactory. Not only the intensity and effects of implement is far less than those of manufacturing departments, the success rate after the implementation and the effects are much lower than people expected. Today, when production costs continue to trend in the theoretical minimum, improving office efficiency, reducing cost of business process management has become vital for the development of enterprise. So, how to reference from the process analysis and optimization in the department of manufacturing to do that of the department of executive management has become an important research topic, a theoretical value and practical significance.In this thesis, we regard the payment business process of HD Company as the research object, use industrial engineering methods to analyze and improve the business process from the point of view of analyzing and optimazing. Firstly, based on the introduction of HD Company, we proposed the background and significance of the research, as well as research content and methods. Then, according to the understanding of payment business process, the payment business process is studied. We use investigation method, 5W1H program analysis method, time measurement method and some other methods to conduct the analysis of the payment business process of HD Company. And we identified the shortcomings of the process, pointed out the direction for improvement of the business process. On this basis, ECRS process analysis method and table design method are used to improve the payment business processes of HD Company, and an efficient set of payment business processes is proposed. Finally, we measured and evaluated the new payment business process; and found that the new business process greatly improved the company's efficiency.These studies built on the basis of the actual implementation of the financial work, and try to establish a standardized and effective business processes and reduce errors in the business process. These studies also try to explore the standardization and visualization of business processes, and significantly improve the company's efficiency and the quality of work, which has direct relevance to the daily work of HD Company. Moreover, the process and requirements of the financial operations in different enterprises have many similarities. This study which is based on HD Company also had some reference to other companies. In addition, this study is a useful reference in some extent to the application of industrial engineering method in the non-manufacturing department.
