| The diversified economy system of Jilin oil field mainly includes five units, its business scope covers 70 production factories, 148 business lines which cover 20 counties in 3 cities. Because of the extensive management, the development is under threat. In recent years, we strengthen management and practice actively to the diversified economy system, and boost the construction of internal control system, HSE management system, quality management system. In 2010, the basic work of delicacy management gets certain effectiveness, but the degree is relatively low, there is long way to fulfill management modernization, it needs adjustment and reform.The author of this thesis is engage in the diversified economy management of Jilin oil field, sees the development of the diversified economy system of Jilin oil field in fifty years. In these years, he obtains cognition in constant practice, and gets certain effectiveness. But, he realize that the quality of employee, equipment and technology lag behind the modern development level. Over the years, all these depend on internal market of Jilin oil field, and the ability of entering into external market is low. After the fine management, company integrates business, highlights plate management and has the professional management. From the basic of management, rules and regulations, business process, job standard, operating instruction, and form of all business has been cleaned up, optimized and perfectted, and has established uniform, normative and applicative basic management system on each aspects. Realizing the diversified economy system of Jilin oil field contribute to realize professional management, effective rapid growth and long-term development. The achievement of the exploration and practice on the fine management to the diversified economy system has grate contribution to summarize successful experience of fine management and find out the existent potential.This thesis aims at the work of recent practical of the diversified economy system of Jilin oil field, summarizes the author's management experience of decades work, combines the learned management theory of MBA, and systematic analyzes and researches the development of business management course in recent years. The emphasis of this thesis is to have comprehensive analyzed the developing strategy implementation process and pragmaticality from deploy, implement, effective etc. for 2010,and have comprehensive evaluated from organization, resource, management, economic effectiveness and sustainability.It analyzes the existent problem of management implementation process, clarifies future improving constructive opinion, and analyzes the necessity and the effectiveness. It also has preliminary discovery research for the work of the diversified economy fine management, and put forward new developing thinking, which has certain innovation on management. On the basic work of the diversified economy fine management at 2010, this thesis analyzes the problem and the current situation combine with the future 3 year overall objective of the fine management especially on the 2011, then proposes the countermeasure and suggestions.
