Research On C Company's Risk Internal Control Based On Process

This paper reference the research at home and abroad about risk management and internal control, according to the present situation and needs about domestic research on enterprise risk management, analyzing the theories and methods about enterprise risk management. In order to associate theory research with actual enterprise risk management successfully, this paper on the base of eight factors of Internal control as the main line, emphasized how to control enterprise risk base on process, achieve the purposes of internal control. Introduces how to control the risk from the angle of whole enterprise in detail, the theory part. In order to explain and present the theory content about how to control risk based on process, the article uses some examples, so that make the theory more straightforward. Using the example of payment clearing process of C company from the angle of the single business process, describing the process of risk identification,assessment,coping and controlling in detail, this part is the complement and detailing for enterprise risk and internal control research based on process, it is more joint actual and it has more practical meaning.
