The Research Of Consumptive Cultural Changes About The Slap-up Distilled Spirit In China

The culture of distilled spirit is one of the most significant representatives in the Chinese history, which has more than five thousand years. And we nearly have found the relic of the distilled spirit culture in the Neolithic period. Therefore, the slap-up distilled spirit inherits and carries forward the old-line Chinese culture of distilled spirit. Thanks to the time passing by, the research of the slap-up distilled spirit is getting more and more important.Thereby, this thesis try to use the angle of view at anthropology to carrying though the slap-up distilled spirit, for example, the participating method in observing, background analyzing, literature, comparing in different era, questionnaire surveying and so on. Owing to those methods, we begin to have an embedded research in the consumptive culture changes in Wuhan city. After that, we can conclude the characteristic and trend of the consumptive culture changes about the Chinese slap-up distilled spirit .So, there is four chapters in the thesis.The first chapter is exordium, which tries to introduce the reason of selections. Then, in this chapter, we can look back the concepts of consumption, consumptive culture, symbol consumption, interpersonal relationships and unhealthy interpersonal relationships .And after that, we can get the concept of this thesis. We will explicate the innovating points of this thesis at last.The second chapter is about distilled spirit and its culture, so the research begins from the origin of distilled spirit, distilled spirit in the ancient literature, categories to brewing method of distilled spirit. Then we start to analysis the slap-up distilled spirit, the period and the different places of distilled spirit consumptive culture, and choose the location of the field work.The third chapter is about manifestations of the slap-up distilled spirit in Wuhan city. Therefore, the thesis concludes the main body of consumption, symbol consumption, interpersonal relationships and unhealthy interpersonal relationships, the object of consumption, attitudes of consumption and trends. At last, the research would focus on the trend of the slap-up distilled spirit about consumptive culture.The forth chapter is conclusion, summarizing the consumptive culture of the slap-up distilled spirit in China.
