Construction And Development Research Of Agricultural Information Website In Shandong

Nowadays, the globalization market competition is becoming fierce more and more, and the agriculture developments in our province are facing unprecedented challenges, which also greatly influence our province's agricultural competitiveness under the trend of globalization. At present the developments of agricultural information websites still exists many restricting factors and problems that should value highly.This research takes the development of the agricultural information websites as example, according to the characteristics of agricultural websites, the network support element indexes (including: Independent Domain Name, Registration and Record, Flow Statistics, Multi-Language Supporting, Dynamic, Identity Authentication ) and agricultural network resources indexes (including: Website Scale, Mutual Communication, Online Databases, Updating Speed of Information, Standard of Service on Information , Website Promotion ), proceeds a web survey on the websites of agriculture in Shandong province from necessary elements of maintaining website and the proper section, function, evaluative feature of the agriculture websites. The samples are from agriculture websites sponsored by local governments of cities and regions and linked to Shandong Agriculture Web, which covers 17 cities, 140 counties and districts for acquiring the current situation of agricultural websites in Shandong.The research shows that there are some deficiencies exist in website of Shandong-Agricultura -Information-Network, which include the regional imbalance development, the information source construction is imperfect, the function of website need further improvement, and lack of unified planning and interactive functionality etc.Therefore,this article puts forward the construction and development strategies of Shandong- Agricultural-Information-Network, which include establishing the overall planning and management mechanism of governmental-agricultural-websites system of various regions in Shandong province,integrating the existing agricultural information resources, establishing and standardizing the rules of information resource construction for agricultural websites, strengthening software and hardware facilities constructions of agricultural information network, improving websites security management, optimizing the websites structure and function, improve the website service level and application value, intensifying the training of personnel required, transforming the website developing operational mechanism, establishing the terrace of the agricultural information exchanges and so on.
