| SME Financing dilemma is a research that has long been concern. It's a inevitably problem in the process of development. Especially in the economic crisis, How to solve the plight of SME Financing and provide some useful suggestions for the development of SMEs are important task.This paper describes the plight of SME financing overview of relevant research, analysis of the scholars on the plight of SME financing by the study, summed up the achievements and shortcomings in the past. In a related study, most of the scholars came from external factors, such as bank-enterprise relationships to analyze the plight of SME financing, and less from the perspective of small and medium enterprises to study the internal SME financing difficulties. This is mainly through the analysis of the internal factors of SMEs, through the cognitive bias, disruptive behavior, SMEs in their own financial situation, and then combined with external constraints to analyze the plight of SME financing.Overview of relevant studies through the analysis, this paper presents six of this study related to the assumption built SEM (structural equation modeling) model, and to design relevant indicators and questionnaires, through a small sample test designed to exclude unreasonable target.In this paper, a questionnaire survey of the distribution and data processing to carry out empirical analysis. Mainly for data reliability and validity testing, model fitting and refinement. Through empirical analysis, this paper confirmed that most of the relevant assumptions, that the financing difficulties of SMEs and SMEs cognitive bias, disruptive behavior, financial situation and external constraints are closely related. This study concluded that the financing of the plight of the solution is not only dependent on the external environment, more importantly, small and medium enterprises should be on their own efforts, rational cognition, the correct behavior, make full use of external policies and resources in order to fundamentally solve the small and medium corporate financing difficulties. |
