The Research On The Financial Management Of Chemical Enterprises Embedded In Social Responsibility

Social responsibility under the market economy in China had a certain development, but the reality was not optimistic. Major accidents frequently occur, environmental events are often exposed, and the news of against the interests of workers and consumers is usually reported, and so on. Among them, the social problems such as enwironmental pollution and resource consumption caused by high energy consumption and high pollution chemical companies were particularly most serious social. The researches on social responsibility have had some useful explorations. But from the perspective of financial governance on corporate social responsibility research was still in initial phase, especially on particular industry research less. Then this thesis highlighted the chemical industry as the representative. On the based of existing research the thesis investigated financial governance of the chemical industry embedded social responsibility, trying to provide theoretical basis and reference for encouraging corporate to fulfill social responsibility.Regarded the basic theory of corporate financial management embedded in social responsibility as the logic starting point,the main research work of the thesis were the following areas. First, based on summary and comments of the literature of social responsibility and financial management at home and abroad, it toke chemical corporate financial management embedded in social responsibility as the object of the thesis. Second, under the guidance of the theory of corporate financial management embedded in social responsibility, the thesis discussesed status of the chemical corporates financial management embedded in social responsibility, virtual social responsibility of financial incentives, lack of social responsibility in financial constraints, weakening of social responsibility financial control configuration, and analyzed the reasons of the shortage of chemical corporates financial management embedded in social responsibility, chemical corporate relatively weak awareness of social responsibility, local governments to the chemical industry fulfill their social responsibility ineffective supervised, the financial evaluation system of chemical corporate social responsibility less scientific. Third, from the perspective of social responsibility the thesis analyzed the financial conflict between chemical corporate and the major stakeholders by game model. The conclusion is that for short-term interests nonfulfillment social responsibility and nonsupport corporate fulfillment social responsibility was separately the best choice to the corporate and the major stakeholders, but for both intetests maximizing long-term fulfillment social responsibility and support corporate fulfillment social responsibility was separately the best choice to the corporate and the major stakeholders. In the end, aimed at the status of chemical companies financial management embedded in social responsibility brought up proposals with strong targeted and workable, including the implementation of integrated incentive compensation contract to managers, improvement corporate social responsibility information and the internal constraints mechanism, implement the financial control rights of stakeholders, playment the role of government guidance and supervision and establishment of the science financial evaluation system chemical of corporate social responsibility.
