An excellent enterprise is not just to be able to obtain income,but also take responsibility for external and internal stakeholders,and the shareholders,employees,creditors of the enterprise all belong to the internal factors,and the external factors include the related customers,suppliers of the enterprise and responsibilities of national social development,natural resources and environment,etc.,which is the corporate social responsibility.Firstly,this paper analyzes the background of the formation of corporate social responsibility,puts forward the concept of social responsibility and the development process of social responsibility,and studies the purpose and significance of social responsibility;In addition,the paper summarizes “corporate social contract theory”,“corporate ethics theory” of foreign scholars respectively,and makes an analysis of social responsibility classification model,pointing out the responsibility that the enterprise shall bear in different development process,and conducts generalization and analysis of the research results of related aspects of foreign countries.Secondly,this paper adopts empirical research method,and selects a typical private operated chemical enterprise Shandong Yuhuang Chemical Company Limited as the representative,and surveys data from several aspects to show its corporate social responsibility in increasingly gradual development process;according to the different performance of corporate social responsibility in different stages,this paper analyzes and verifies the theory of corporate social responsibility.Finally,this paper adopts mathematical model and theoretical analysis method to conduct cost-benefit analysis of corporate social responsibility of Shandong Yuhuang Chemical Company Limited;the enterprise improves the management level through investment of continuous improvement in health,safety and environment and other aspects of social responsibility,not only creating safe and rich products and improving economic efficiency,but also creating happier living conditions for corporate employees the surrounding community,which brings about good social benefits.The analysis and description of the performance status of corporate social responsibility of Shandong Yuhuang Chemical Company Limited,on the one hand,presents the way that the private operated enterprise fulfills its social responsibility,on the other hand,demonstrates the performance of social responsibility is the requirement of market economy development,through the implementation of social responsibility,the enterprise can promote the continuous self-improvement and continuous development of society growth,which will achieve win-win economic and social benefits.
