The relocation and construction of Zhanggang construction project is a key project of Zhanggang development process, which can promote the enterprise product structure adjustment, promote the enterprise development, make the development of local economy, improve urban environmental quality Zibo positively. While the relocation of the enterprise is also a large risk of relocation of the relative concentration of investment projects.The time span is relatively long for more than a year, but also a multi-stakeholder involvement in the project, so that there are many difficult factors to control and coordinate. In addition, because the amount of investment funds is very large, it will contain a variety of inevitable risks.Risk management is an important part of project management, this paper applies the risk management theory and methods to identify and assess the risk the of the whole process of construction projects on the sheets of steel moving.And makes developing a risk response measures for the analysis of important risks. Include the following:Conduct environmental analysis of the project, identify the weaknesses, threats, strengths, and opportunities of the enterprise, which provide a foundation for the risk identification and risk assessment of next step.Project risks identification. Project risks identification is the basis for risk management, the paper analyze the risks of removal of Zhanggang Iron systems construction project specifically, identify and induct the various uncertain and potential risks faced by the project to resolve the complex project risks into risk factors which are simple and easy to break, and establish risk evaluation index system of the project.Project risks evaluation. This paper build the risk evaluation system according to the actual situation of the removal and construction project of Zhanggang Iron, and divide the risks into six criterion layer, and then use the analytic hierarchy (AHP) to evaluate the risks, find out the important risk which affects the project, and prepare to deal with the risks in the next step.Project risks response. This paper put forward specific risks measures to deal with important events.Though the construction project risks are more complex and difficult to grasp, but with the development of the theoretical and practical ability of the project risk management, they can not only analyze the project risks for qualitative and quantitative, but also can deal with the risks by the be risk averse, risk control, risk transfer and other means. This paper is an attempt of applying the risk management theory into the specific projects,it identify the various construction phases of this project the list of risk events, through the construction project risk identification, assessment, and bring forward corresponding measures for the important risks. In the process of project's risk identification, assessment and response measures, so that participators can understand the most basic risk management process, and understand the concept of risk management. Through interviews and surveys analysis, pool and technical personnel management experience of project managers to accumulate the risk information and data for the project team organization and management will provide a reference to improve future project management for future projects in the enterprise risk management in theory and practice, which will help us to do a better job in the future contribute to risk management.
