So it is necessary for decision-makers and supervisors to manage the risks before and during the construction, while the bad conditions cannot be improved until the main risk factors and their chief are all controlled effectively, and ultimately it will be true that the tourism projects construction bring people the anticipative economic, social and environmental benefits.Risk management in tourism projects construction is a sort of dynamic and uninterrupted periodic activity. While it is made up of four main parts as follows: risk identification, risk analysis and assessment, risk response, and risk monitoring and control. Among them risk identification is the foundation, risk analysis and assessment is the chief, while risk response and risk monitoring and control is the important means to manage risk.In this paper, many risk factors are identified and connected with the material moment when is likely to happen, so that it can help risk management to a large extent; Under the condition, the risk factors are also analyzed and assessed, which can provide great help to decision-makers and risk supervisors; subsequently, a set of risk alarm, and monitoring and control system is set up, it can alarm if some risk will happen, and it can follow up its result until the risk is not dangerous any longer; at last, the conclusion is that it is very difficult for a department, or a project, even a corporation to manage risk effectively, because it need the help of a series of departments or institutions, therefore the mechanism of risk assurance emerges as the times require.In this paper, the discussion about risk management of tourism projects construction, is only analyzed from the point of the theory, aiming to provide a method for practice, help the supervisors apply it into the tourism projects constructions successfully, and improve the quality of the projects construction in tourism.The author expect, at last, risk management in tourism can be improved between the theory and the practice, and ultimately be a set of methods to be same with the tourism specially, when it is applied into tourism projects construction, it can bring people great success and much benefit.
