The face of the fierce competition in the International market, China's banking sector make every effort to innovate, hoping to seize the opportunity to become an international financial body of modern art. As a class of small and medium banks in China's financial industry, city commercial banks has long been recognized for their survival situation. Many city commercial banks began the long road to reform as early as 4 or 5 years ago. According the size of commercial banks in different cities, the quality and the overall level, city commercial banks should adopt characteristics reform model.Hunan City Commercial Bank, as the hinterland of China's major financial entities, has also been exploring the development of a rejuvenation road of modern commercial bank. In the context of reformatory trend, this article attempts to study the restructuring pattern of city commercial banks in Hunan Province.
