Study Of Securities Company's Growth Mechanism Of Complex Adaptive Systems

The subject of this paper is to study the adaptive mechanism of the growth of the securities companies. The paper analyzed the complex adaptive mechanism from theory and practice levels, and set Hunan Caifu Securities Company for example to analyze the direction of the theory of complex adaptive mechanism, and based on the principle of management's complex system. The results showed that:in the constraints of internal and external environment, securities companies are suitable to the use the system of complex adaptive mechanisms in order to use the method of "exploring-enhancing-innovating" as the line of growth, to promote their sustainable development.Based on this theme and purpose of writing, firstly, the article analyzed the mechanism of complex adaptive systems; then elaborated the origin, the theoretical connotation and the theoretical guidance to enterprises' growth of the mechanism of complex adaptive system. On this basis, the article practically analyzed the mechanism of complex adaptive system from the market positioning, risk aversion, business innovation and the growth of securities companies, and examined the feasibility of securities companies on the theory of complex adaptive system; thirdly, the paper combined levels of theoretical and practical aspects, and set Hunan Caifu Securities Company for example, and focused on the analysis of the mechanism of complex adaptive system of Caifu Securities Company, and used the method of cost-benefit analysis to examine the adaptability of its growth mechanism.This study had an important value of application, and would infuenced Hunan Caifu Securities Company's development on current and future. At the same time, to some extent the research of the paper can offer some references to our country's securities companies.
