Commercial Supply Chain Of Knowledge Reuse

With the rapidly growing of the economic globalization, market competition is no longer only inside a company but concerns the whole supply chain enterprises and the value chain. In order to improve the ability of competition in the new circumstance, strategic business relationship is paid more attention by more companies. The partnership foundation is to choose supply chain which determines the efficiency and feasibility of cooperation. A scientific method of choosing supply chain partners is helpful for the realization of company target. In this article, the theory of Case-Based Reasoning is adopted in the selection process of how to supply chain partners. Then, an application frame and a selection model are established. Knowledge representation, case adjustment, case retrieve and related methods are also systemically discussed. The key point of this article is Fuzzy Set and some traditional ones were adopted to improve adaptability and correctness quality of case retrieval. In the end, a prototype based on Case-Based Reasoning for supply chain partner selection was established. Based on the organized case base, related experiments were conducted. The results show the high efficiency and quality of our proposed retrieve algorithm.
