| In order to implement the interaction development between port and Logistics Park, the information integration of port and logistics is analyzed from perspective of supply chain. According to the current study on supply chain information integration, port information and logistics park information, the information integration of port and Logistics Park which is from perspective of supply chain can be interpreted to mean that port and Logistics Park take advantage of modern information integration technology to integrate overall information systems in port supply chain. Then, the information analysis framework is designated on the general analysis framework of supply chain. It is believed that the construct of information integration platform is an effective to integrate the information which should be operated by the third-party e-commerce operators.The information integration platform is an systematic project, the point consist in the providing suitable function to meet market demand. Therefore, the information need of logistics enterprises is analyzed by the way of principal component analysis. In order to find out the demand status for information integration of port and Logistics Park, The paper takes Jiang Su port logistics enterprises as empirical object, and chooses 22 variables based on interviews, then analyses the data from the 132 questionnaires using principal component analysis. The principal component analysis extracts 8 factors describing the demand structure. According the demand structure, this paper builds 8 corresponding functional systems of the platform.The conclusion is showed as follows:(1)With the advantages of openness, flexibility, low-cost and easy to share, building a information integration platform is the one of the best way to integrate the information of port and logistics park from perspective of supply chain;(2) The integration information platform includes 8 subsystems: port customs clearance system, port operation system, financial system,logistics services operating system,business administration system,business operation system, business information system and tax system;(3) All of the subsystems can be synthesized as 3 functional systems-government system,e-business system and e-operation system. |
