Study On The Influencing Factors Of Transnational Operation's Entry Pattern In Jiangsu's SMEs

The flow of economics globalization overwhelms nowadays. The development of economics globalization brings both opportunities and challenges to our country's SMEs. The SMEs face huge pressure even they don't operate oversea. So, it is an inevitable trend for the SMEs to go outside and run cross-nationally.A proper entry pattern of internationalization is the key for enterprises to operate abroad successfully. Both domestic and foreign scholars did lots of research and discourse on the international companies, and ignored the SMEs'problems in choosing the entry pattern. And so, this article hopes to find out the influence factors on the options of entering patterns and guide the JiangSu's SMEs to elect appropriate entry patterns and operate abroad triumphantly.This paper studies on JiangSu's SMEs and analyses the influencing factors on the JiangSu's SMEs'international entry patterms. Firstly, this article analyses the influencing factors on a theoretic view, decomposes the option of the entry patterns from both external and internal aspects; and then elaborates the status and problems of the JiangSu's SMEs'main entering patterns. Secondly, this article obtains data through questionnaire survey and acquires seven factors that affect the entry patterns'choosing by factor analysis. Thirdly, this paper builds a decision- making model to choose the entry pattern for JiangSu's SMEs based on the primary seven factors. Fourthly, this article uses'JiangSu QiongHua'as an example, analyzes the selection of'JiangSu QiongHua'running internationally and obtains the conclusion that'JiangSu QiongHua'will choose to constitute a new company when they do multinational management. At last the article gives a short summarization and gives some advice to encourage the JiangSu's SMEs to choose the best entry pattern to the international market.At last, this paper gives some advice for the SMEs to choose the most appropriate entry pattern on the study of seven factors. And it thinks that JiangSu's SMEs should make much importance of cultivation of the comprehensive talents and pay more attention on host countries'economics and political elements.
