Thirdly,we deeply analysis the situation and the problem which exists in the development process of financing lease in our country and making use of the experience of financing lease in the United States Japan and South Korea,we put forward the strategy and advice accordingly to promote the development of our financing lease healthily from society know ahout financing lease, laws and regulations, government supporting policies,financing lease business itself factors and so on.The key of the paper is to deeply analysis the features of the United States,Japan and South Korea in micro basis and macro basis vertically,using comparative analysis methods,and deeply analysis the situation and the problem which exists in the development process of financing lease in our country and provide a foundation for the following suggestions. Moreover, two approaches, i.e. the theoretical analysis and comparative analysis are adopted for clear explanations and demonstrations.There are two significances in this paper, Firstly, there is a very big gap in the financing lease development of modern theories between developed nations and our country,Therefore, through this study,it will be a useful supplement for our immature modern financing lease theory. Secondly,through the comparison between China and the United States,Japan and South Korea,we will see our gap,by contrasting, we find that the gap in our country is not only in macroeconomic policies, i.e.laws and regulations,government support policy but also in microeconomics, i.e. the financing lease companies, then propose a series of practical measures and proposals,hope government departments to appreciate the financing lease companies, and in practice to explore them, in order to make our financing lease industry better and play its role better.
