| Manufacturing outsourcing refers to outsourcing of the product manufacturing link's, also known as production outsourcing, or manufacture outsourcing. In the early 1980s, drew lessons from the development experience of the coastal provinces, Liaoning province developed manufacturing outsourcing vigorously relying on its labor force superiority. In recent years, major cities in Liaoning province released policies to further promote the development of manufacturing outsourcing. However, manufacturing outsourcing is a new thing to Liaoning province. It also has many problems. In this consideration, this dissertation objectively makes a study on the effect that manufacturing outsourcing has upon economic growth and its influencing factors of Liaoning province.This thesis includes six chapters. The first chapter of the article introduces the meaning and background of the topics, as well as the framework and innovation of the articles. The second chapter starts from definition, characteristics and development stages of manufacturing outsourcing, The third chapter reviews research fruits of outsourcing and economic growth both home and abroad. The fourth chapter summarizes development status, characteristics and competitiveness of manufacturing outsourcing in Liaoning, and points out that labor factor is the competitive advantage. The fifth chapter is the key point of the article. On base of a combination of qualitative and quantitative, the article empirical analysis the effect that manufacturing outsourcing has upon economic growth and its influencing factors of Liaoning province. The results confirm that manufacturing industry outsourcing does promote economic growth in Liaoning province, and contributes to the wage level, technological level and human capital accumulation in Liaoning province. In the last chapter, policy suggestions are put forward to promote the economic effects upon economic growth and its influencing factors of Liaoning province that manufacturing outsourcing has. |
