One of the facing difficulties to realize the Liaoning old Industrial base comprehensive development is the difficult problem that income distribution disparity has the tendency to enlarge. If the income distribution disparity of the residents is too large, not only it will influence the living standard of Liaoning residents to rise and the enthusiasm and the creativity of the residents to participate in the social economy activities, but also it will inevitably affects and restricts the Liaoning economy to grow and develop, even affects the stability and security of the society. Therefore, it is both an economic issue and a political or social issue to deepen the distribution system reform, gradually reduce the income distribution disparity of the residents and promote the Liaoning economy to grow and develop well and quickly, and more exactly, it is a significant strategic mission for comprehensively developing Liaoning old Industrial base. During the 30 years'reforming and opening up, great changes have taken place in Liaoning which is the the eldest son of the Republic, and the development level of the economy and the living standard level of the residents both have rised. According to the statistics, until 2006, the possible controlled income of city residents of our province per person is 10369.6 Yuan, and the net income of countryside residents per person is 4090.4 Yuan. And at the same time, the income distribution disparity of the residents is apparently large.The ratio of the income is 2.54:1. The income of the 10% richest city residents is 7.1 times of the income of the 10% poorest countryside residents and the ratio between the more richest and the more poorest is 10.4:1. The possible controlled income per person of Dalian is 13350.10 Yuan, whose city residents have the highest income among our province. The lowest is Tieling, which is 7437.05 Yuan. The income ratio is 1.8 times. The large income distribution disparity has seriously restricted Liaoning economy to develop. Therefore, this article plans to do a exploring research on the influence that the income distribution disparity of Liaoning residents have on the economic growth. Presently, the domestic and foreign scholars have made certain progress about the relationship between income distribution disparity of the residents and economic growth, but mainly concentrate on the aspect of the whole nation income distribution disparity and its effects on the economic growth aspect. The researches and available materials about the influence of income distribution disparity to the economic growth are still very few and its researches mainly concentrate on one certain aspect of the income distribution disparity problem Therefore, from Liaoning overall's angle, for promoting the economic development of Liaoning, maintaining the social stability, realizing the promotion of Liaoning old Industrial base and the construction of socialism harmonious society, is has both theory and the practical significances to deeply research the influence that the income distribution disparity has on economic growth, to find a method and way to solve the current income distribution disparity.This article is mainly composed of five parts:The first part is the introduction.
