Study On Standard System Of Guangzhou Quality Supervision Imformatization

It has been proved by the realization of international information technology, that information construction must have the support with standardization, especially with guiding effect of standardization, in order to coordinate technology and realize the overall effectiveness. As every department of Guangzhou Bureau of Quality and Technical supervision construct their own information system separately, unbalanced development, difficult data exchange and data share have influence the efficiency of the whole electronic government. Therefore, how to construct an information standard system before making overall planning of information construction for Guangzhou Quality supervision is a very important subject for us to solve now.In this paper, with the service requirements and information situation of Guangzhou Quality Supervision as the object, the construction of information standard technical model and the method of how to construct 3D model of standard system framework would be analyzed and studied, using standardization principle and method. In order to meet the requirement of information construction for Guangzhou Quality Supervision, three required information standard system model would be set up, which are"Guangzhou Quality Supervision information standard technical reference model","Guangzhou Quality Supervision information standard system framework", and"3D model of Guangzhou Quality Supervision information standard system framework". Guangzhou Quality Supervision information standard system would be set up based on the research of standard system framework 3D model, with associated criterion. Finally, the effect and significance of the research in guiding Guangzhou Quality Supervision information construction would be described, with the example of project"integrated service management system of of Guangzhou Bureau of Quality and Technical supervision".
