This paper is exploration and innovation about operation way of quality supervision in coal construction project aiming at the present situation which quality supervision in coal construction project doesn't acclimatize oneself to gradual consummation of our country market economy system in our country present stages. Through the study of problem about operation way of quality supervision in coal construction project .This paper thoroughly studies operation way of quality supervision in coal construction project profiting from advanced experience of other specialized quality supervision and the overseas construction project quality supervision.This paper first establishes he system of quality supervision in coal construction project and elaborates the supervision relations among the quality supervision system, especially the government quality supervision to the construction project. It studies two levels of he government quality supervision----the macroscopical control and the microscopic supervision :government's macroscopical control mainly studies the consummation of construction legal framework, the market access system and the intelligence reexamines system ; the quality surveillance organizations mainly studies responsibilities main body quality behavior supervision of the construction project, operation way of the project entity supervision as well as the file system implementation.Aiming at the question of own construction insufficient standard of quality supervision organization this paper thoroughly studied the quality supervision organization construction, the personnel management, thought reform aspect, improvement of quality monitoring equipment, information management so that it enhances own construction of quality supervision organizations and provides the powerful material guarantee for the supervision work.Finally this paper develops a set of information management system about quality supervision in coal construction project construction. It causes the office automation and rapid and effective service to construction project which greatly enhances the supervisionadministrative personnel's working efficiency.
