Since the reform and opening up, the Mixed-ownership economy have been developing fast from the scratch, and played an important role in China's economy. There are many different opinions in how to see the new kind of economy in academic world . This is the matter of the fate of stated owned economy and the major theoretical issue on the long-term development of economy. In this regard, I think that should be researched by the Marxist stand, viewpoint and method, just not from economic angles. In this view, the mixed-ownership economy will be further explored with the Marxism as a guide, with the three laws of its philosophy in this work. That is, the theoretical basis of existence of the mixed ownership economy and the forms of public ownership could be explored with the contradicted campaign between production and productional relations in China at the present stage. And inevitability of the mixed ownership economy's production will be discussed from the law of the exchange into each other between the nature of the productive forces and productional relations. It will be demonstrated that the trend of the development of the mixed ownership economy with public ownership as the main body develops is the same to socialism's combined with the process of socialist development from underdeveloped to developed. The mixed ownership will be demonstrated from law of negation that it is the public ownership and private ownership's Sublation. In addition, the strengths and weaknesses in the operation of mixed-ownership economy will be investigated with a view of divided into two and a duality method of analysis.Defined the inevitability and necessity of existence of mixed-ownership economy, we should develop the mixed-ownership economy with public ownership as the main body vigorously. So we should further eliminate the obstacles through emancipation of our minds, correct understanding the public ownership and its forms, creating the circumstances of the policies in which all kinds of ownership enterprises could compete fairly, and strengthen the socialist public economy to create conditions for the transition of it into the full socialist ownership through taking a series of effective measures and creating a harmonious and stable economic development environment.
