Accounting Information And Stock Prices Of Related Research In Chinese Listed Companies

At first, the article quotes the theory correlated with stock price and disclosing accounting information. The relation between the indexes and stock price is analyzed theoretically. After that, the hypothesis is expounded and in Shenzhen stock market,40 stocks are chosen at random to be positively studied through setting up a regression model. The results indicate the correctness of the hypothesis. Finally, based on the conclusion, this article discusses countermeasures taken by every relevant party.
