The role of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to economic development is significant. Financing is a foothold of the SMEs existence and development. In the process of development, to ensure the enterprises to expand production, the financial support is the boosters of SMEs. However, financing difficulties and financing inefficiencies of SMEs still exist. This, the paper constructs a financial efficiency evaluation system to effectively carry out empirical studies of SMEs.Firstly, this paper studies the efficiency of the financing context, shows the research situation of the financing of SMEs at home and abroad, understanding the present research situation analysis and study the basic ideas. Secondly, by showing the status of SMEs financing in Nanchang City, combined with system dynamics theory, to get the decomposition of Nanchang SMEs financing difficulties from the systematical point of view, for the subsequent analysis providing the background and theoretical basis. Thirdly, the study analyze and introduce the different methods of the research enterprise financing efficiency, with SMEs financing characteristics, constructs the evaluation system with Malmquist Index Analysis of the DEA Model and Grey relational analysis method. Finally, Using Malmquist Index Analysis of the DEA Model to analyse Nanchang SMEs financing from the overall financing situation and comparisons by category views. Using Grey relational analysis method to analyse the efficiency and influencing factors of Nanchang SMEs financing from the macro environment and micro environment views. And according to the empirical analysis conclusion, puts forward related policies and Suggestions.
