As the rapid development of China economics after the policy of reform and opening-up, issues concerning agriculture, rural and farmers are sharpening increasingly due to its special historic significance and complexity. "Build New Countryside" serves as significant measures for solutions of "three problems concerning agriculture, rural and farmers". And the rural public goods as an important carrier for "Build New Countryside", hence it's theoretical and practical significance to analyze inner mechanism of rural public goods supply.Macroscopically, this paper gave us an analysis of the present situation of our rural public goods supply. Based on macroscopic analysis, viewing from villager participation and collective action this paper took advantage of game theory analysis tool to construct a game theory model concerning multiple subjects in the process of rural public goods supply, so as to deduce key factors influencing rural public product supply.Furthermore, with the micro-research statistics from nationwide, mainly from two dimensions, namely, overall rural public product supply and participatory rural public goods supply, this paper inspected relative factors empirically. As the empirical study showed:(1) Economics works as a significant factor in rural public goods supply. For a village, the higher the collective income and the stronger the individual economics are, the more sufficient the overall rural public product supply is; meanwhile, the stronger the collective economics is, the lower the proportion financed by villagers is, which prompts the participatory rural public goods supply. (2) Political factors influence overall rural public product supply positively while unremarkably in participatory rural public goods supply. (3)The scale and density of a village plays an outstanding role in participatory rural public product supply. The scale works negatively while density the opposite.(4) Village social connection also works upon rural public product supply. Modern village social connection means represented by village communication influences remarkably on participatory rural public product supply in a positive way; while traditional social connection based on village clan structure has little influence. At last, on the basis of the theory and empirical research, this paper recommends some relative policy propositions.
