With the fast development of economic, organizations are facing lots of challenges, employees'job insecurity also has become to be a widespread phenomenon. Many researches proved that it has negative effects to both organizations and individuals, such as the decline of organizational performance and personal happiness. Organization change is considered the most important reason for employees'job insecurity in many researches, but the process of how employees perceived organizational change has not been emphasized. This paper study the perceptions of change with the schema, studied their influences to the job insecurity, as well as the regulation effects of employment relationships and cope strategies.This paper investigated employees involved in the organizational change with the questionary both in paper and electronic versions. In this survey, organization change consists of downsizing, department restructure ing and purchasing. According to the analysis of the data from 245 valid questionaries, the conclusions were drawn:(1) the positive perception of organizational change is negatively related with the quantitative and qualitative job insecurity. (2) the economic exchange in the employment relationship and the avoidance in the coping strategies have part negative regulation. (3) the social exchange and support seeking have positive regulation. (4) the cognitive restructuring has part positive regulation. (5) hypothesis that the problem solving has positive regulation wasn't proved in this paper.The conclusions of this paper have significant effect for both managers and workers involved in organizational change to decrease the level of job insecurity.
