Empirical Research On Commercial Loan Project Evaluation Of The Agricultural Development Bank Of China

The commercial loan project in the agricultural development bank of China has achieved great development under the new countryside-construction background. But it is not only in the face of an excellent opportunity, but also facing serious challenges. The existing evaluation system and methods of commercial loan project assessment in the agricultural development bank of China need to be improved urgently. Due to the expansion of loan scale and the accumulation of bad asset, it become necessary for us to analyze the problems that existed in the loan management, and propose practical measures for improving, so as to control and manage the commercial loan project.Based on the current management, contents and methods of assessment in the commercial loan project in the agricultural development bank of China, this thesis has analyzed the existing problems and limitations, quoted a case to explain and to present concrete improving proposals. The content of this research is mainly made up of seven following parts. Part one is preface. Part two is the basic research on loan project evaluation. Part three introduces the case——Agricultural Science and Technology Commercial Loan Project in H Company. The fourth part focuses on analyzing the problems existing in the process of commercial loan project evaluation in the agricultural development bank of China. Part five is to give some measures to solve the above-mentioned problems, it not only strengthens the management on system, but also incarnates the significance of enterprise assessment especially for capacity of profitability assessment on content, meanwhile, it increases the feasibly of quantitative analysis on method. Part six reappraises the case according to the solution. Part seven is the conclusion and prospect of the full study. This is the first time to stress the importance of core competition, and introduce a former to quantitative analysis the quality of manager, besides that, the thesis construct a system form frame to content to method. The three points are the biggest innovation.
