Risk Management And Solution Reseach Of Process Industry's DCS/SIS Projects

The project of process industry has become more and more complicated along with the tech development and reform. Every project has its own specialty. How to run risk management through the project and operate it dynamically will be an important topic in the near further. The thesis tries to make the discussion of the theory of project risk management and fuse it into the project practice. The project of process industry is a full process of purchasing, testing and start-up. It will create a DCS and SIS of new factory or new plant, which is a high-intelligent automation control process uninterrupted for 24 hours.First, the thesis summarizes the recent technique of risk and risk control and analyzes the definition of risk and risk management, the project risk management programming, the project risk identification, the project risk qualitative and quantitative analysis, the project risk response, the project risk monitoring and control for process industry. Then, it analyzes the risk specialty for DCS/SIS project, the overall and resent risks in engineering scopes as well as the reasons and countermeasures of risks. In this way, the thesis provides the solution of risk management in DCS/SIS project of process industry. Meanwhile, it sums up the principles which need to be observed in two steps (Engineering step and site start-up step) of the DCS/SIS project. In the end, the thesis verifies its solution by analyzing the overall process of the DCS/SIS project of CNPC's Shanjing 2 Gas storage, from its construction to start-up.The research links the theory of project risk management with the project practice in order to play a better role of project risk management in dynamic tracking, measuring and correcting, ensure the project operated with the science law and improve the quality and efficiency of the whole project.
