With the development of the Internet, the maturity of e-commerce legal regulations and global economic integration, today's e-commerce has obtained remarkable achievement. E-commerce development mature gradually, at the same time competition among enterprises is gradually heated. When E-commerce enterprises choose competitive strategy, they need a way to make a guide for E-commerce enterprises to improve or enhance competition in the environment.Based on the niche theory of natural ecology, this paper analyses the E-commerce ecological system. Firstly, the author introduces the niche breadth and niche overlap of E-commerce enterprises, and builds E-commerce enterprises competitive model based on competitive niche. Secondly, according to the characteristics of E-commerce enterprises, using ecology niche theory, a library of niche competitive strategy and competition strategy selection decision tree are established, which can help E-commerce enterprises to select the appropriate competition policy in the quantitative analysis using competitive strategy decision tree. Finally, in order to verify the rationality of the model, the author takes two E-commerce enterprises for example, according to the competitive model they make the model analysis and choose the respective appropriate competitive strategy.
