In recent years, under the development of economy and the progress of technology, with the trend of global informationization, E-commerce has developed rapidly, and become an important form of social economy and modern ways of distribution, become one of the sign of advanced productivity of the 21 st Century. As strategic emerging industries, E-commerce play an important role in the transformation of the mode of economic growth, promote transformation and upgrading of industry, and promoting circulation modernization. It is one of the main ways for the country to boost domestic demand, expanding consumption, and to promote employment. In the past two years, under the attention of the government of Shanxi provincial, the Commerce Department and related departments, driven by knowledge of electronic commerce general improvement in the whole society, the government departments at all levels pay more attention to the economic role of e-commerce,e-commerce development is prosperous, remarkable progress was made in E-commerce platform construction, the acceleration of traditional enterprise electronic commerce application, e-commerce industry agglomeration effect preliminary revealed. But, overall, Shanxi E-commerce development momentum is not satisfactory. The condition is even worse within the scope of the county. Now, new E-commerce enterprises need their own competitive development while the real recognize of their own advantages and disadvantages,as to seek for long-term development. Based on these factors,this paper selected TCTBW as the representative example, in order to researchthe competitive strategy of the E-commerce in Shanxi countryside. of course, It is just a way of look forward the local group, the purpose is to find out how can we solve the problems of the e-commerce enterprise in Shanxi countryside more effectively. And then help the enterprise to achieve a long-term development with the right competitive strategy.While studying from numbers of documents, we make the frame of the paper. First, we make the definition of related concepts and introduce analysis method of competitive strategy. Secondly, we use PEST and Michael porter’s five analysis model to analysis the environment of the E-commerce enterprise in Shanxi countryside. And then, we take TCTBW as an example to work out a Competitive strategy, which is most suitable for the E-commerce in Shanxi countryside with the method of SWOT. At last, we point to the carry out of the strategy.Overall, the paper introduce the competitive strategy into the county E-commerce industry. we study the strategic management of E-commerce in Shanxi countryside. It is benefit for the E-commerce enterprise itself to achieve management improvement and long-term development with the guidance of the sustainable Competitive strategy, which come from the modern enterprise management science. At the same time, It is also advantageous for the departments to make decisions supporting the industry with the purpose of a healthy and rapid development of E-commerce, so as to the country economic.As a result, the paper has its reality values of reference for E-commerce enterprise in Shanxi countryside.
