Research On Auto Parts Industry Cluster And Logistics Public Information Platform Construction

Recent years, auto parts industrial clusters have been constantly emerging in the national various areas. In order to make these auto parts industrial clusters grow healthily, according to the characteristics of auto parts industrial cluster, analyzing the collaborative relationship of industrial clusters and logistics public information platform, and finding out how to construct high efficient logistics public information platform are theoretical and practical issues which should be solved to guarantee the fast, healthy and sustainable development of auto parts industrial cluster in china's regional economy.Based on Supply Chain Management, Logistics Informatization, Logistics Public Information Platform and Industrial Cluster theory, first, the key of logistics informatization construction is fully explored. The concept, characteristics and roles of logistics public information platform and the industrial cluster's meaning and effects are analyzed, which provides the theory for the collaborative relationship research of auto part industrial clusters and logistics public information platform. Second, through the analysis of overall demand of logistics public information platform under the circumstance of auto parts industrial cluster, the function structure, frame structure and system architecture of information platform is built, which provides the practical basis for this research. Last, the principles and contents of logistics public information platform construction are detailed discussed, and the critical technologies of logistics public information platform construction are summarized. By comparing three models of operation planning, the development model (the down-top cooperation mode) of constructing logistics public information platform under industry cluster is concluded. And the implementation strategies of logistics public information platform are proposed in this dissertation.
