Sinopec Enterprise Informatization Research Based On Collaborative Management

The rapid development of information technology and its relative industry not only brought deep changes to the production and business activities of human society, but also has a significant impact on management. As a Technology-intensive industry, information technology plays a much more important role in the production operation and management of the oil enterprises compared to other traditional industries. The degree and the effectiveness of the information implementation affect their competitiveness to a large extent. After several years of information construction, the management departments of Sinopec have all realized internal efficient management basically. However, due to its long industrial chain, large amount of association industry, widely distributed business units, big enterprise scale, heterogeneous management and lack of effective integrated IT application solutions, problems such as "Information island", "Data from different departments," "different data of different sources" always occur. It is difficult for Sinopec to raise the overall level of the application of information, and the integration of information resources is imminent. From the angel of application, combining the ERP thought, we provide an ideal solution for the information integration of enterprises. Therefore, the in-depth study of the issue has a very important significance on the integration of information resources of Sinopec. At the same time, it can also help to further improve the level of management skills and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper, we take the Collaborative management of information systems of Sinopec as a starting point, and lead the article with synergistic theory. Then we explore and study the coordination management field of information systems in Sinopec contrary to the problems that existing in it, and put forward a specific and feasible plan. Firstly we analyze of the status information technology of Sinopec. Then combining the experience of oil companies at home and abroad in information technology, the integrated solution of Collaborative management is proposed. At last, an overall plan of the construction of Collaborative management is put forward. Here the subsystems are divided according to the business type, and specific planning and detailed design are given for each subsystem. The theory of collaborative management and information systems integration, used in the research of Sinopec information field, the study compared to the traditional ideas of information is a big step forward. Meanwhile Sinopec studied the concrete realization of collaborative management system compared to the traditional management system has changed a lot. This platform is not limited to the implementation of the size of the office applications in Sinopec. It has a large number of basic features, and with the set of these features, it can construct a lot of applications which are scalable and adaptable. On the technology architecture design, this platform can meet the scale of the entire application in Sinopec and make the scale Collaborative work true. In terms of technology, the system uses the Workflow, Portal, Web Service and XML and other new technologies, Sinopec achieves collaborative management system, while maintaining the advanced nature of the technology.
