In the process of the enterprise informationing, there are more and more workflowproducts and there are many new workflow products entering the market in succession. In order to realizing the different products'cooperation with each other, WFMCprescribed the main components of WFMS, the interface standard, the XPDL standardworkflow process description language and its standard, which, to a certain extent, solved some resusability and communication problems. Howerver, there are stillmany problems to be solved: for example, the definitions or the five interfacesare only function requests in general,XPDL can only make the different productsshare one and the same workflow process definition script, etc. At present, thereare short of the reasonable regularization or mechanism, which makes it possibleimproving the resusability of the software. For example, if product A has thefunction X but has not the function Y, while product B has the function X whichsatisfies the users, is it possible to rejoint the function X of the product Aand the function Y of the product B, without any second development, to be a newproduct? In addition, how to solve the communication problem in workflow teamdevelopment, so as to improve the organization and management of the team and theefficiency and effect of the product? All of these are important problems to besolved in the enterprise informationing process. This paper analyzes the workflow theory and developing process and presents a newdeveloping idea of enterprise informationing: development of enterpriseinformationing based on workflow patterns, and defined 12 workflow developingpatterns. At the same time, this paper defined the architecture and standards forworkflow developing patterns which makes it be possible that client users can codetheir new workflow developing patterns according to the standards and these newpatterns will be compatible with system. based on the theory, the author designedand developed the test product—tangram. By the testing of tangram, it is validatedthat the rationality and effectivity of this paper. The test result shows: basedon the workflow patterns, any other pattern based on the standard interface canjoint the system at will to be a new workflow product and ensures the stabilityand compatibility of the system;and the workflow pattens are the basiccommunication language of the developing team, which improve the developingefficiency and effect of the team.
