The Performance Of The Corporate Governance Based On Structure Of Equity

Corporate governance is the problem with corporation separation of ownership and control relates in together, the enterprise has proved that the effective corporate governance is not only related to the survival and development of a company, but also affects the stability of the financial system of a country. How to construct a reasonable and effective corporate governance structure is an important topic.Corporate governance modes and performance is affected by many factors, the equity structure is one of the important factors, which greatly influence the configuration and control of company governance mode, and in some cases even the corporate governance efficiency. The equity structure is the corporate governance structure, as the enterprise, its internal shareholding structure arrangement, will directly influence the formation of corporate governance modes, operation and performance. Equity structure determines the company property ownership or control of assets, how these rights plays to the role of each member companies. The right to represent the interests of their roles and performance of the company, therefore, the shareholding structure of company is very important, and cannot be ignored.This paper studies based on equity structure of corporate governance performance problems, there is a direct link between equity structure reasonable and effective corporate governance structure. To establish effective corporate governance structure, must first from reality construct reasonable ownership structure. What ownership between structure and corporate performance of the relationship? What kind of equity structure for enterprises to improve management performance? How to improve equity structure? These will be this paper problems need to be solved.From the theory, we analyze the influence of equity structure to the performance of companies, the equity structure and current corporate governance of Chinese companies, and then put forward assumption, constructing model, using the collected data to analyze, and then puts forward suggestions for improvement.
