The number and scale of corporates were increased and expand with the improvement on China's market economy operation system.And the diversification of company types has led to increasingly fierce competition between corporates.And practice promoting the growth of corporate economic and financial performance.However,in recent years more and more corporates ' new attempts in corporate governance structure have caused many problems along with the separation of the two powers.In fact,the separation of the company's ownership structure and business management authority has promoted the use of technical advantages and professional management skills,but also caused economic problems such as moral hazard and adverse selection.Examine the impact of changes in corporate governance structure on current corporate performance.This article focuses on the impact on corporate governance diversification on financial performance.The empirical research methods were used to carry out extract samples for research under the guidance of the theory of corporate governance and governance structure,financial performance and diversity of corporate governance in this paper.The data of the paper,which were extracted from A-share listed corporates on the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019,were treated statistically using descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,and OLS-moderating multiple regression analysis.The empirical results show that the role of equity structure and internal control is to improve the company's financial performance.There is a positive correlation between the incentive mechanism and internal control.The internal control of the company has an intermediary effect on the impact on the incentive mechanism on financial performance.Equity incentives and compensation incentives,as common incentive methods of the company,play different roles in different equity structures.Therefore,in the corporate governance process,it is necessary to pay attention to the sett of the equity structure,determine the incentive method according to the set,and actively play the role of internal control,so that the incentive mechanism can promote the improvement of financial performance.
