The main stream of the world tourism tends to be moving from sightseeing to holiday tour.In the developed countries,holiday tour has taken up the predominant position in the tourist industry.With the flourishing of holiday tour in China,the development of holiday tour and resorts becomes one of the focuses of academic research.Zhejiang is the economically developed province in east China coastal region,resorts in zhejiang province have achieved certain effect after many years' development, but also faced greater challenges,so it needs to find a new path of development.In the context of tourism industry to accelerate the opening up,research on international development of Zhejiang resorts has been an urgent subject.The research on international development of Zhejiang resorts has important theoretical and practical significances.In theory,it is a strategic,long-term"system engineering" which points to further reform and opening up, also a "practical action" which has a strong realistic and urgent need to actively explore and firstly test,it can enrich the results of resort study,strengthen the importance of provincial research and expand international research fields.In practice,it can provide direction and international decision references for zhejiang resorts,and accumulate precious experience for resorts in other regions.The main text is divided into three sections.Firstly,based on the background research,documentary review and theories expound, the paper analyzes the resorts'development situation in Zhejiang by arranging pre-survey data,and summarizes existing problems,international development backgrounds and significances,thereby,it comes to a conclusion that the international development is an inevitable choice for Zhejiang resorts.Secondly,it dwells on the connotation,principles,targets and positionings of the international development of resorts,and explicitly demonstrates that we should give priority to "inward internationalization" rather than "outward internationalization".Thirdly,the paper summarizes four major bottlenecks of international development, and puts forward appropriate route choices according to the theory of advantage of backwardness and the positionings,and finally constructs the MRCB theory model for international development of resorts in Zhejiang province.
