Human resource is the core of an enterprise operating and development. In the final analysis, the modern enterprise competition is human resources competition, which competed on human resource development and management level. The tourist attraction enterprise treats the service quality as their lifeline. The enterprise development all rely on high quality employees. These enterprises are special. They are labor intensive enterprise but they are different to other manufacturing labor intensive enterprises. They set high comprehensive quality requirement to their employees. Thus compare with other enterprise, the human resource developing and management is much more challenge to them. Now the tourist attraction enterprises developing fast, but the human resource developing and managing level is poor than the same field in the developed countries or the advanced field in our country, and it is also behind the explosion developing tourist attraction demand. Ignore of human resource resources developing, overloading the human resource but poor of developing, lack of encourage caused the human resource lost. The tourist attraction enterprise of inland had good hardware in the same level or even higher than the developed countries, but they are far behind of oversea in service and management software. Human resource resources developing and management become the bottle line of inland tourist attraction enterprises. How to break the bottle line would impact the tourist enterprise future development significantly, and even would determine the enterprises prospect and destine.This article firstly has analysis on human resource resources of current tourist attraction enterprises in China. It applied the case of the national demonstration tourist attraction, Zhuhai Ocean Spring Resort of China Travel Service (HK) Group Corporation. As my six years working experience in Ocean Spring Resort, I analyzed its human resource developing and management which focus on tourist attraction field human resource developing and management planning, human resource sourcing, training and developing, encourage and assess and so on aspects, and I studied the innovations of human resource developing and management that can be applied for coast and mountainous region tourist attraction of our company. This is applied for searching of human resource developing direction of tourist attraction region in China National TravelService (HK) Group Corporation, and also applied for a discussion within tourist attraction human resource staff and managers.
