Recently food safety becomes increasingly prominent. The industrialization of green food is an important part to solve the problem. As the relationship between green food producers and processors plays a vital role in the industrialization of agriculture, it is critical to study how to establish a sound and effective coupling mechanism between the two parties which calls for reasonable coupling mode and management mechanism. Combining theories with cases and demonstration and adopting both qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper studies the coupling mechanism between green food producers and processors by using multi-science knowledge of institutional economics and management.Firstly, this paper illustrates theories about coupling mechanism between green food producers and processors, that is to say that theories of transaction costs, value chain, industrial organization, relational contract and game theory should serve as the designing principles of coupling mechanism of green food accommodation chain. Secondly, by using models to make quantitative analysis of limit of green farm products accommodation chain, it expounds the impetus and conditions for producers and processors to join in green products accommodation chain. And by analyzing the income model of making price by producers cooperating with processors, it concludes that cooperation of the two parties can achieve the Pareto Improvement of income of both sides and guarantees the stable run of accommodation chain. Thirdly, through analysis of products' property, information asymmetry and incompleteness of agreement, it compares the three modes of coupling mechanism between green food producers and processors----marketing coupling, contract and vertical incorporation and concludes that the mode of "association +corporation +farmer" proper is recommend mode in China. Fourthly, taking the case of "Hunan XX Rice Co.,Ltd. and farmers", which cooperate to produce green rice based on the mode of "association +corporation +farmer", as an example, it explains the practical foundation of cooperation and corresponding mechanism. In conclusion, it puts forward profit allotment mechanism, binding mechanism, cooperative association and service system breeding, for coupling of green food producers and processors.
