Research On The Problem Of Supporting The Rural Economic Development Of Rural Credit Cooperative In Wan Shan Special Region In Guizhou Province

In the underdeveloped western China, the rural economy can not develop without the support of rural finance, which is both the national policy requirement, and the commercial needs of rural credit cooperatives to pursue their own development. Wanshan Special Region rural credit cooperatives of Guizhou Province is almost the only providers in local rural formal financial loans,which takes the responsibility for supporting the Wanshan Special Region's economic development. Under the new development situation of the reform of rural credit cooperatives and the promotion of comprehensive construction of the socialist countryside in the State Council,Wanshan Special Region of Guizhou Province began to reform the rural credit cooperatives since 2003,through which not only brings tremendous changes in the management system, the ownership structure, the operational efficiency of rural credit cooperatives, but also plays a very important role in the support and guidance to the rural economic development of Wanshan Special Region.Based on the survey of Wanshan Special Region rural credit cooperatives of Guizhou Province, results show that rural credit cooperatives had a tremendous impact to fiscal revenue, industrial structure and lifestyle of Wanshan Special Region's residents.It also found that in the process of supporting and guiding rural economic development by rural credit cooperatives, there are still contradictions in macro aspects between agriculture policy and the proficiency and the conflicts in micro aspects such as the Low quality of personnel and the low work efficiency.The author takes Wanshan Special Region as an example, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures when rural credit support the rural economic development facing difficulties. That the rural credit cooperatives should further play a role in supporting agriculture is a systematic project, which requires the support and guidance of national policy and playing their own initiative is also needed.Finally, the conclusion is:either in terms of theory,policy or the commerce, the rural credit cooperatives should further support the western rural economic development in China's dual economic structure,we must establish a corresponding system of property rights and the corresponding organizational structure,to better promote and support the growth of the county economic development and their own sustainable development.This thesis is divided into six parts altogether:The first part is introduction.The second part reviews research and development current status of domestic and international cooperatives. The third part describes the basical role and market position of rural credit cooperatives to support western rural economic development in the view of theoretical point. The fourth part has introduced the economic environment of Wanshan Special Region of Guizhou Province, rural credit cooperatives'business development and the ongoing reform. Part V closely with the basic situation of Wanshan Special Region rural credit cooperatives of Guizhou Province, analyzes the causes of current situation hindered the rural credit cooperatives to support the development of the rural economy. The sixth part put forward some practical suggestions and comments on the Wanshan Special Region rural credit cooperatives of Guizhou Province how to resolve social conflicts and optimize their own development to further support Wanshan Special Region's economic development and rural economic development.
