Compared with the developed area, there are many problems in the development of rural finance, such as unbalanced development of its structure, serious contradiction between demand and supply, fragile financial environment, which have seriously restrict its development. However, it's hard to establish system of rural financial environment just only by the market or government, the establishment needs Multi-aspect joint efforts.
