Studies On The Construction Of Agricultural Products Circulation Organization

The national economy has been changed significantly after 30 years reform and opening to outside world. The products circulation industry has developed quickly as the development of economy and reform of economic system. China has established many regional farm products circulation centers based on the specific situation of different regions. These centers have been playing an important role in marketing and storing farm products, promoting rural economy, and meeting the basic demand of city residents. It is an important force for the development of national economy. Many problems still exist in the construction of regional farm produce circulation centre, such as low level of informatization, low efficiency, and poor management, etc. In order to solve these problems and improve the construction of regional farm product circulation center in China, the author studied the concept, characteristics, and roles of the farm product circulation, analyzied the development situation and main problems, compared with advanced experience and methods developed countries in farm product circulation, put forward suggestions six aspects including changing concept of regional farm product circulation centers, providing policy support, etc. And to regional agricultural logistics center in Hunan, for example, conducted survey of analytical and empirical analysis.
