Nowadays, the global economy is developing rapidly and the market competition is getting fierce. However, in the fierce competition of the market, some enterprises just strive for quick results, and seek immediate interests, while others develop blindly and compete unfairly. These are the fatal defects for enterprise development. The paper argues that a strong competition edge of an enterprise does lie in proper business administration. Good business administration can result in a reasonable development blueprint at the macro level, with clear growth objectives and methods to achieve, so as to avoid detours and wrong ways. And the management pattern determines the success of business administration. C management pattern is the third management pattern after A&B management pattern, combining Western management ideas and the essence of traditional wisdom of Chinese culture. In C management pattern, one indispensable role is Taoism, which was originated in China and contains the wisdom of ancient Chinese philosophers. As a systematic summary and analysis of the objective laws of the world, Taoism is of high reference value. Its theories are so universal that they can to some extent benefit modern business administration. The thesis consists of five parts. The first chapter states the general situation and problems of current economic and business development, and thereby the importance of business administration for enterprise development. The second chapter introduces business administration and the significance of management pattern. The third chapter expounds C management pattern profoundly. The fourth chapter briefly explains Taoism and its importance for business administration. In chapter five, HR management and marketing 'management are used as examples to address the subtle impacts of Taoism on business administration.
